7-Day No Hassle Returns

For items which have not been worn, you may return the merchandise for a full refund by following the steps listed below.  Importantly, the item(s) must be returned within 7-days of being received by you.

For Exclusive HerMJ Shopper customers:

1.     Affix your exclusive prepaid return shipping label to the box, ensuring that the merchandise and all original packing are secure inside

2.     Provide the package to the U.S. Postal Service – be sure to retain a mailing receipt after the post office representative has scanned the shipping label.

3.     Using your web browser, go to At the bottom of the page, click “Shipping & Returns.” Once there, provide a quick note so that we may reply with information about your refund.

The merchandise, once received by our office, will be inspected prior to issuing your refund.

If you are not yet a member of the Exclusive Shopper free return shipping program, please follow these steps to return your merchandise:

1.     Within 7 days of receiving your jewelry, visit At the bottom of the page, select “Shipping & Returns,” to send us a brief note regarding your return by filling out the Return Authorization Request.

2.     Upon receiving a confirmation of your email, you will be provided with return information. Use the supplied address and official authorization to mail the package to our offices. Please secure all Merchandise and packaging originally received with your order.

3.     The postal fee and insurance will be at your expense. Her Majesty’s Jewels is not responsible for any fees associated with the return of the item(s), or their possible loss in transit.

We will inspect the item and send you confirmation of your refund via a response to your Return Authorization Request.
