30-Day Returns For Subscribers
30-Day Returns — for items that have not been worn, you may return the merchandise for a full refund by following the steps listed below.
Importantly, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of being received by you.
For Subscribed HerMJ Shopping customers:
1. Contact us using this form for your exclusive prepaid return shipping. We will provide you with a return shipping label to be applied to your original shipping box. Please ensure that the merchandise and all original packaging are securely inside before returning your product.
2. Provide the package to the U.S. Postal Service ā be sure to retain a mailing receipt after the post office representative has scanned the shipping label.
3. Using your web browser, go to www.hermj.com. At the bottom of the page, click āShipping & Returns.ā Once there, please provide a quick note so we can reply with information about your refund.
The merchandise, once received by our office, will be inspected prior to issuing your refund.
If you are not yet a member of the Exclusive Shopper free return shipping program, please follow these steps to return your merchandise:
A. Within 30 days of receiving your jewelry, visit www.hermj.com. At the bottom of the page, select āShipping & Returnsā to send us a brief note regarding your return by filling out the Return Authorization Request.
B. Upon receiving a confirmation of your email, you will be provided with the return information. Use the supplied address and official authorization to mail the package to our offices. Please secure all Merchandise and packaging originally received with your order.
C. The postal fee and insurance will be at your expense. Her Majestyās Jewels is not responsible for any fees associated with the return of the item(s), or their possible loss in transit.
Once the item is received, it will be inspected. Subject to approval, we will send a confirmation of your refund in response to your Return Authorization Request.
