Shipping and Returns
DOMESTIC
Her Majesty’s Jewels ships to domestic addresses within the United States. Items are shipped 1-to-2 days after completion of an order. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Although tracking for USPS is often not updated in real time, this is a reliable service.
USPS First Class is the primary means of shipping. Items shipped by this class of service are customarily delivered within 1-to-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Occasionally, USPS First Class service may deliver outside of their quoted time-frame. HerMJ.com provides *Free Shipping for delivery destination addresses within the United States for all orders in accordance with the terms outlined here. HerMJ reserves the right to upgrade or discontinue this program in the future. The application of free shipping is applicable to USPS First Class shipments only.
Free Shipping is limited to USPS First Class mailing of eligible orders within the contiguous U.S. At this time, no other shipping method qualifies for free shipping.
USPS Priority is also available, should you choose to have your delivery shipped via the corresponding faster USPS service. This shipping method represents a paid expense to be added to your checkout. Delivery times are quoted as 1-to-3 business days, but this is not a USPS guarantee. As such, deliveries of items shipped via USPS Priority may be outside of the USPS projected schedule.
INTERNATIONAL
Her Majesty’s Jewels now ships to select International destinations, including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail International (where applicable). These deliveries are described by the USPS as generally taking between 1 week and 3 weeks (depending on the coordination between external postal services), although the USPS does not guarantee delivery times based on these factors.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior your purchase.
Importantly, due to territorial restrictions, Germany has capped the allowed value of USPS International Postage items at $500.
RETURNS
U.S. Returns via Free Shipping: HerMJ Subscribed Shoppers
For HerMJ subscribed shoppers within the U.S., a mailing label will be provided for you to return your unworn item. You may use it to return the item(s), and we will pay the shipping. To streamline the process, simply complete the online form below. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label which you will simply affix to the package and ship back to us via the U.S. post office.
To assist us with the processing of your refund, the online confirmation form is also referenced on your invoice, so that we may expedite the processing of your refund. The item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery to you, and be accompanied by its original packaging. The item(s) must be unworn. Importantly, please note that items returned after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted.
U.S. Shoppers who are not enrolled in our Free Return Shipping Program
Jewelry which has not been worn may be returned within 30 days of delivery to you. It must be accompanied by its original packaging for a full refund. Her Majesty’s Jewels does not refund shipping fees, import duties, taxes, or charges. For authorization of any and all returns, contact us using the request form below to request approval for the return prior to shipping the item back to Her Majesty’s Jewels. Approved returns must be shipped with insurance and tracking information. Her Majesty’s Jewels is not responsible for any costs incurred by you for the return shipping expense.
International Shoppers
